Thanks to consistent yield reduction, only the best makes it into the grapes. What does that mean exactly? The fewer grapes hanging on a vine, the less they have to share essential nutrients and water with other grapes. This significantly increases the quality of the remaining grapes. The soil and microclimate play a decisive role in the unmistakable character of this Wine.

Our Pinot Noir Reserve seduces with a complex bouquet of dark berry fruits such as blackberries and blackcurrants, as well as fine notes of cherries. On the palate, velvety tannins unfold, paired with a pleasant acidity structure and nuances of vanilla and subtle toasted aromas from vinification in oak barrels.

Pairs perfectly with hearty dishes such as beef fillet or wild boar goulash. It is also an ideal companion to aged cheese or an aromatic mushroom risotto.
