Grown on our premium vineyard site, the Engelsberg, and hand-picked with the greatest care, this Pinot Noir promises top quality. Through consistent yield reduction, only the best grapes are used in the production of this wine. Fewer grapes per vine means more nutrients and water for each individual berry, leading to a significant increase in quality. The wine was produced vegan and is therefore also suitable for conscious consumers.

The Pinot Noir impresses with its elegant structure and deep red color. Pleasant aromas of dark cherries and wild berries unfold on the nose, accompanied by subtle notes of vanilla and spices from the vinification in wooden barrels.
