A true highlight in the glass – the Sauvignon Blanc presents itself in a vibrant pale yellow, already hinting at its refreshing, fruity character. On the nose, it is intensely fruit-driven with pronounced aromas of fresh passion fruit and gooseberries, complemented by fine nuances of green asparagus and bell pepper. On the palate, this Wine unfolds a full bouquet of fruity notes such as passion fruit and citrus fruits, paired with a subtle herbal-spicy note.

Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent match for Asian cuisine – its freshness and complexity harmonize perfectly with the wide range of spices and flavors in Asian dishes.
